Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and dynamic individuals to join our Operations team. As an Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads. This role requires good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects.
Gather and document customer information accurately.
Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
