We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage and maintain the hospital’s IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all IT-related operations including hospital management systems, network connectivity, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Hospital Management System (HMS) and related software.
Provide technical support for computers, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other hospital hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and antivirus software.
Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, and internet connectivity.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Ensure data backup, system security, and data protection.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment maintenance and upgrades.
Maintain records of IT assets and software licenses.
Provide basic IT training and support to hospital staff when required.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Experience in handling Hospital Management Software will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with Windows OS, basic networking, and data backup procedures.
Ability to handle IT issues quickly in a hospital environment.
